MAssage and bodywork policy

Read Carefully: If you have a specific medical condition or specific symptoms, massage/bodywork may be contraindicated. A referral from your primary care provider may be required prior to receiving treatment.

You understand that the massage/bodywork received is provided for the basic purpose of relaxation and relief of muscular tension. If Client experiences any pain or discomfort during session, client will immediately inform the practitioner. Client further understands that massage/bodywork should not be construed as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Because massage/bodywork should not be performed under certain medical conditions, Client affirms that he/she will state all known medical conditions and will answer all questions honestly. Client agrees to keep the practitioner updated as to any change in their medical profile and the Client understands that there shall be no liability on the practitioner’s part should Client fails to do so.

Also understand that any illicit or sexual suggestive remarks or advances made by Client will result in immediate termination of the session, and the Client will be liable for payment of the scheduled appointment.

DOMESTIC

For traveling massage/bodywork services where I come to you. Please schedule 24hrs in advance. Fill out online intake form prior to scheduled appointment.

The Twenty Four hour in advance booking policy extends to all readings; Oracle, Tarot, Runes, Numerology, Natal Chart. Understand that all readings are for entertainment purposes only.

For Meditative Dance classes or choreography email prior to booking.

 For All Artistic Collaborations email prior to booking and understand Free/Trade agreements are limited to a few select charities.

Private Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, and Celestial Communication classes should be booked twenty four hours before the desired class date and time.

Weddings must be booked three weeks in advance. This policy subject to change based on extenuating wedding/ wedding party circumstances.

INTERNATIONAL

For All International Artistic Collaborations email prior to booking and understand Free/Trade agreements are limited to a few select charities, travel/housing expenses will have to be negotiated.

International Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, and Celestial Communication classes, retreats, workshops should email prior to booking with two month notice prior to class, retreat, or workshop date and time. Understand travel/housing expenses will have to be negotiated along with teaching rate.

International Readings and Distance Energy Therapies must be booked Twenty Four hour in advance. This policy extends to all readings; Oracle, Tarot, Runes, Numerology, Natal Chart. Understand that all readings are for entertainment purposes only.

International Weddings must be booked three months in advance. This policy subject to change based on extenuating wedding/ wedding party circumstances. Understand travel/housing expenses will have to be negotiated along with officiant rate.
